Registration is open, here the details!

You can register as a "contributor" showing results in a talk or a poster, or just as "listener" following the tutorials as well as the talks presented in a basic and understandable manner.

If you are contributor please upload your abstract under Abstract Submission!

You can of course benefit from both: Presenting your first results on your own research topic and learn more from another NESY based - maybe complementary- technique.

Also invited lecturers and keynotespeakers please register for arranging your accomodation.

Registration Fees:

The registration fee includes the conferenceattendance (incl. electronic lecture materials), coffe breaks with snacks and the poster sessions with drinks.

There are three options for all:

Thanks to the sponsoring of CERIC  the Sunday satellite workshop is for free, so use this unique opportunity for learning characterisartion techniques that are complementary to the NESY ones.

You have to choose at least one for a successful registration, because from this we will also conclude on the length of your stay for the hotel reservation. 

Please indicate also in the drop down menu, if you will need an official receipt afterwards.

Accomodation Details & Costs

The accomodation with half-board (breakfast & dinner without drinks) can be booked here, but have to be paid then at the JUFA directly.

The JUFA Bad Aussee offers single, double and even some triple rooms. Invited Senior Lecturers will be booked first on the single rooms, the rest is given upon availibility
 

We have reserved 60 beds at JUFA ...

Please give in the line "comment" of the Registration form your preferred room choice, as well as your arrival and departure dates! 

Especially, if they differ from the two default options: Su-Fr (NESY alone & CERIC-NESY) or Su-Mo (CERIC alone), taken from the registration options.

Finally, inform us also via the line "comment" in the Registration form below, if you have preferred colleagues that you want to share your room with.
